The ‘Big Time Rush’ TV series is leaving the streaming giant Netflix before the end of the month, taking their talents to their corporate parent company home, Paramount Plus. ‘Big Time Rush’ has always been streaming on Paramount Plus with the rest of the Nickelodeon greatest hits. As more and more paywalls go up and crackdowns on password sharing continue, consumers are still narrowing down their personal list of which streaming services are worth subscribing to. If people want to be able to stream all four seasons of ‘Big Time Rush’, that subscription is Paramount Plus.
The CBS – Viacom merger (rebranded as Paramount Plus) does leave a ton of reasons to subscribe with networks like Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1, and sports programming courtesy of CBS Sports. Additional mergers can be expected in the future, including a deal with Showtime making its way into the mix in 2023.

A handful of other TV shows and movies ended their streaming this month on Netflix:
“Hap and Leonard” Seasons 1-3
“Lee Daniels’ The Butler”
“Outback Truckers” Seasons 1-3
“Instant Hotel” Season 2
“Shtisel” Seasons 1-3
“Big Time Rush” Seasons 1-4
“30 Minutes or Less”
“Brokeback Mountain”
To the fans of the Big Time Rush music, you have a few other ways to get your fill. Big Time Rush has their own mobile app where they post all their behind the scenes and messages that they don’t post anywhere else. And although their 2022 Forever tour is over, the band is hitting the road for their 2023 Can’t Get Enough Tour and tickets are already on sale.

Individual episodes of ‘Big Time Rush’ will still be available for rent or buy on a number of other platforms, but you can get an entire month of Paramount Plus for the (approximate) price of one grande vanilla latte with oatmilk from Starbucks, so it is worth a shot to subscribe. Bottom line is… if you want to watch something, you will be able to find it somewhere. You just might have to get your own account and login and subscription to see it.
